Aspire People is seeking an energetic and motivating Physical Education Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in South West London. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and positive attitudes towards sport and healthy lifestyles.
- Teach a broad range of physical activities and sports, adapting lessons to meet diverse student needs.
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Organise and contribute to extracurricular sports clubs, fixtures, and school competitions.
- Support whole-school initiatives related to health, wellbeing, and physical activity.
Requirements:
- QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Experience teaching PE at KS3 & KS4.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Enthusiasm for sport and the ability to motivate students of all abilities.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
