The successful candidate will work within a classroom setting, with the specific year group determined by their strengths, experience and the needs of the school. You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the class, whilst also providing targeted support to pupils with additional needs where required. This is a varied role requiring someone who can balance whole-class support with more focused interventions, helping pupils develop confidence, independence and a positive attitude towards learning.
