Aspire People are recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary schools in Manchester and the surrounding areas. We are looking for reliable and confident TAs who can quickly settle into a classroom, build positive relationships with pupils and provide effective support to both teachers and learners.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Providing classroom, 1:1 and small-group support
- Assisting with Maths, English, phonics and wider curriculum activities
- Helping pupils stay engaged and confident in their learning
- Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
- Working alongside teachers to provide additional support where needed
- Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
- Confident supporting pupils across different year groups
- Strong understanding of classroom routines and expectations
- Good behaviour management and relationship-building skills
- Reliable, adaptable and able to use initiative
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
