Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, and behavioural needs
- Working on a 1:1 basis and within small intervention groups
- Encouraging positive social interactions and emotional regulation
- Assisting with classroom learning activities
- Helping pupils remain engaged and focused during lessons
- Collaborating with teaching staff and SEND teams
