As a Psychology Graduate Support Assistant, you will:
- Work alongside experienced students who need support
- Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to boost engagement and understanding
- Inspire students to develop a love of learning
- Support classroom management and contribute to a positive learning environment
Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is a plus but not essential.
