The Role:
- Delivering engaging lessons across the Primary National Curriculum
- Planning and adapting learning to meet pupil needs
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Managing behaviour and maintaining high expectations
- Assessing pupil progress and providing appropriate feedback
- Supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs
- Working effectively with Teaching Assistants and wider school staff
- Following school policies, routines, and safeguarding procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Recent experience teaching within a primary school
- Confident classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management
- Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
- Able to adapt quickly to different school environments
- Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic
- Passionate about pupil progress and creating positive learning experiences
