Are you an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant looking for your next role within a primary school? Aspire People are working with schools looking for reliable and enthusiastic TAs who can provide high-quality classroom support and help pupils make progress. We’re particularly interested in candidates who have recently worked within a UK primary school and understand how to support pupils across the National Curriculum.
The Role May Include:
- Supporting whole-class learning
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support
- Delivering reading, phonics, Maths, and English interventions
- Supporting pupils with SEND where required
- Helping teachers prepare resources and learning activities
- Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
- Encouraging pupil confidence and independence
We’re Looking For:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Recent UK primary school experience
- Strong understanding of classroom routines and the National Curriculum
- Previous intervention experience
- Patient, reliable, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
