Aspire People are currently working with a primary school in Brighton seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 2 from September 2026. This role is full-time and requires the ability to deliver focused interventions in English and Maths, provide 1:1 and small-group support, and assist teachers with planning and assessment.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 TA qualification and recent UK primary school experience, with a confident, independent approach.
