Are you passionate about helping children learn, grow and reach their full potential? Aspire People is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work in local schools on a flexible supply basis.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
- Helping pupils with their learning, confidence and development
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support where needed
- Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive learning environment
- Supporting pupils with additional needs and adapting to individual learning styles
- Assisting with classroom preparation and day-to-day activities
What we're looking for:
- A positive, patient and caring attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, flexibility and a genuine passion for education
- Experience working with children is desirable
