Aspire People is recruiting an SEN TA to support pupils with challenging behaviour in Bolton, across AP, specialist or mainstream settings.
You will work 1:1 and in small groups to help academic progress and extra-curricular activities.
You should have experience with difficult behaviour, strong behaviour management strategies, and a genuine passion for helping learners.
Resilience and patience are essential, and SEN/SEMH exposure is advantageous.
