The Role
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons across your subject specialism.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
- Follow school policies and lesson plans where provided.
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have previous experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
- Be confident teaching your subject specialism across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is advantageous but not essential).
- Be adaptable, reliable, and able to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Be passionate about delivering high-quality education.
Requirements
To register with Aspire People, you must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one.
- Be able to provide references covering the last two years.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
