Position: Full Time (Term Time)

Pay: Β£100 - Β£120 per day (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting a Forest School SEN Teaching Assistant on behalf of a provision in Bolton. This full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about outdoor learning and supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting pupils with SEN including ASD, ADHD and SEMH
  • Assisting with Forest School and outdoor learning sessions
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support
  • Supporting emotional regulation, engagement and behaviour
  • Working closely with teaching staff and professionals
Requirements
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN
  • Interest or experience in Forest School / outdoor education
  • Calm, patient and resilient approach
  • Forest School qualification desirable but not essential
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
