Aspire People are currently recruiting for a qualified and confident Year 3 Teacher to join a primary school in Selly Oak on an ongoing basis.
The successful candidate will have QTS and be confident leading and managing a whole class, with a strong understanding of positive behaviour management and classroom routines.
Previous Year 3 teaching experience is desirable, although strong primary teaching experience will also be considered.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous primary teaching experience
- Year 3 experience desirable
- Strong whole-class behaviour management skills
- The ability to create a positive, engaging learning environment
- Excellent classroom organisation and communication skills
- A confident, consistent and nurturing approach
- The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
- A proactive and adaptable attitude
