- Role: KS1 Teaching Assistant
Aspire People are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils within Key Stage 1.
This role would suit someone who is passionate about working with children and wants to make a positive difference to their learning and development.
The Role
- Support pupils with their day-to-day learning
- Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging activities
- Provide additional support to individuals and small groups
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Encourage pupils to develop confidence and independence
- Assist with classroom organisation and preparation

- Previous experience working with children is desirable
