  • Role: KS1 Teaching Assistant

Aspire People are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils within Key Stage 1.

This role would suit someone who is passionate about working with children and wants to make a positive difference to their learning and development.

The Role

  • Support pupils with their day-to-day learning
  • Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging activities
  • Provide additional support to individuals and small groups
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Encourage pupils to develop confidence and independence
  • Assist with classroom organisation and preparation
