Aspire People is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support children and young people aged 2 to 21 with autism, SEMH and learning disabilities in Yardley, Birmingham.
You will work within a specialist setting as part of a supportive team to enable learning and well-being.
Requirements include minimum 6 months SEND experience, in-date Team Teach/MAPA/CPI interventions, and a calm, patient approach.
Desirable qualifications in education or childcare are a plus.
