We are looking for a compassionate and reliable 1:1 Personal Care Assistant to support an individual with complex needs in the B31 area.
Role includes:
- Providing 1:1 personal care and support.
- Assisting with daily living activities.
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Following individual care plans and maintaining a safe environment.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting people with complex needs is preferred.
- Caring, patient, and dependable nature.
- Good communication skills.
- Relevant care qualifications are an advantage but not essential, depending on experience.
