Aspire People is recruiting for a SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the B93 area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in education, youth work, care, support work, or behaviour mentoring.

The Role

  • Supporting pupils with SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small-group basis
  • Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation
  • Building positive relationships to help pupils engage with learning
  • Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to deliver tailored support
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

We Are Looking For

  • Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults
