Are you passionate about supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Aspire People is looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEMH Mentor to join a welcoming school in the B14 area, with an immediate start available.
The Role
- As an SEMH Mentor, you will work closely with students who require additional emotional and behavioural support, helping them to engage positively with learning and achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with SEMH needs.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
- Support behaviour management strategies and emotional regulation.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams.

Requirements
