Are you passionate about supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Aspire People is looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEMH Mentor to join a welcoming school in the B14 area, with an immediate start available.

The Role

  • As an SEMH Mentor, you will work closely with students who require additional emotional and behavioural support, helping them to engage positively with learning and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with SEMH needs.
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
  • Support behaviour management strategies and emotional regulation.
