Aspire People are currently recruiting for a Secondary SEN English Teacher to join a supportive school in the B17 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher with experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The Role

  • Deliver engaging English lessons to secondary-aged students with SEN
  • Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet individual learning needs

  • Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs and parents

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching English at secondary level
  • Experience working with SEN students is desirable
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
