Are you a Level 2 school Admin Assistant with knowledge of EHCP's? This is a CRUCIAL role as you will be working with SENAR to ensure children's EHCP reviews and updates happen throughout the year, there will be training in this. This role starts in April 2026 and is a maternity leave position. Whilst training and handover, you will be working in the afternoons. Once training is complete, the hours will be 9:15-3:15 Monday to Friday.

As a Level 2 school Admin Assistant your day to day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Working with SENAR to ensure children's EHCP reviews and updates happen throughout the year
  • Full support to the Head Teacher to ensure the effective administration of the school
  • Manage petty cash resources
  • Ensure the provision of effective administrative, secretarial and clerical support to the Head Teacher and other teaching staff
  • Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people you are responsible for coming into contact with
  • Undertake professional development including adhering to the principle of performance management
  • To adhere to the ethos of the school

You will be required to fully register with us including providing right to work documents along with obtaining an enhanced child workforce DBS that will be processed by us but come at a cost of £56 (unless you already have one registered on the update service).
