Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of SEN pupils
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to support learning and engagement
- Collaborate closely with the SENCO, support staff, parents, and external agencies
- Monitor student progress and adapt approaches to suit individual needs
About You
- QTS, QTLS, or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience working in a special school or mainstream setting with SEN pupils
- Skilled in behaviour management and differentiated teaching
- A calm, patient, and resilient nature
