Aspire People are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and highly organised Pupil Development & Wellbeing Lead to support the personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and development of young people across our services. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping children and young people overcome barriers and thrive.
Responsibilities
- Provide wellbeing support to pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis
- Develop and deliver programmes that promote resilience, confidence, and positive behaviour
- Work closely with Aspire People staff, external agencies, and partner organisations
- Support attendance, behaviour, and safeguarding processes
- Build strong, trusting relationships with young people
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to wider wellbeing strategies
Qualifications
- Experience supporting children or young people in a wellbeing, pastoral, or development role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A calm, supportive, and solution-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload
- Someone reliable, committed, and ready to start ASAP
