Aspire People are looking for compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistants to support children and young people aged 5-19 with complex needs in a specialist SEND school. You will provide hands-on support, including personal care, medical needs and daily learning support, helping pupils feel safe, comfortable and included.

We're looking for:

  • Support Workers or candidates with Level 3 Health & Social Care.
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, disabilities or personal care.
  • Compassionate, patient and confident individuals.
  • Candidates comfortable supporting pupils with learning and physical difficulties.
