Part-time Year 3 Class Teacher

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Kings Norton on a job share basis, starting after February half term. This role is three days per week (Monday to Wednesday), with a half day of PPA time incorporated alongside the other class teacher to ensure effective planning, assessment, and continuity for pupils.

The Role Will Include:

  • Shared responsibility for a Year 3 class
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
  • Working collaboratively with the job-share partner to ensure consistency
  • Assessing pupil progress and contributing to effective transition and continuity
