We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Primary Music Teacher to join two welcoming primary schools in the Rednal and Northfield areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate music specialist who enjoys working with children across the full primary age range and can bring music to life in the classroom.
The Role:
- Teaching Music from EYFS to Year 6
- Working 3 days per week, split across two schools:
- 2 days at a primary school in Rednal
- 1 day at a primary school in Northfield
- Planning and delivering engaging, creative and inclusive music lessons
- Supporting pupils to develop their musical knowledge, confidence and performance skills
- Working collaboratively with school staff to contribute to a positive learning environment
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience teaching music within a primary school setting
- Be confident teaching EYFS through to Year 6
- Have a genuine passion for music and inspiring children
- Be creative, enthusiastic and engaging in their teaching
- Have strong classroom management and communication skills
- Be able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
