We are looking for a caring, dedicated, and experienced ELSA Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Shard End on a part-time basis (3.5 days per week).
The Role
- Provide emotional literacy support to pupils across the school
- Deliver 1:1 and small group ELSA interventions
- Support children with social, emotional, and mental health needs
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff
- Help create a positive and nurturing learning environment
Requirements
- ELSA qualification essential
- Previous experience working within a school setting
