Aspire People is seeking a compassionate and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support a school in Balsall Heath on a long-term, full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with a Level 3 Counselling qualification or NMC-related experience who wants to make a meaningful impact on young people facing behavioural and emotional challenges. A nursing pin is not required.

Role Overview

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour and emotional support
  • Use counselling-informed approaches to help pupils regulate emotions
  • Support students with challenging behaviour, anxiety, trauma, or SEMH needs
