Aspire People in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Year 5 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) starting September 2026. This full-time role will involve implementing strategies to help the pupil engage in learning and manage challenging behaviours.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with additional needs and be able to build strong relationships to support their educational and social development. The ideal candidate will also work closely with classroom staff. This position is expected to last throughout the academic year.
