Aspire People is recruiting a compassionate 1:1 Complex Needs Personal Care Assistant in the Birmingham area (B31) to support an individual with complex needs throughout the day.
You will provide dedicated personal care, assist with daily living activities and promote independence and wellbeing.
Applicants should have experience in care for complex needs, be patient and reliable with strong communication skills.
Relevant care qualifications are an advantage, but experience is valued equally.
