Behaviour Mentor - Youth Work & SEMH Full-Time & Long-Term Opportunities | Aspire People Aspire People are looking for Behaviour Mentors to support children and young people with SEMH, behavioural and emotional needs across a range of education settings. We are particularly interested in candidates who have transferable professional experience from youth work, mentoring, alternative provision, residential support, community projects or similar roles. You don't necessarily need to have previously worked as a Teaching Assistant. What matters is your experience working with young people and your ability to build relationships, manage difficult situations and encourage positive behaviour.
