Are you looking for a new opportunity where you can build a career and feel rewarded at the end of each day? We have full-time vacancies in our partner schools which focus on supporting children and young people to manage their behaviour. Full job description: Working in small classes from Y7 through to Year 11, you will be using behaviour management techniques to assist pupils in overcoming barriers to their learning. Many of the pupils will have Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH), as well as associated needs such as Autism or ADHD, and will have an Education, Health and Care Plan to support their learning journey. Whilst we are open to the type of individual who will be proficient in this role, traditionally, we would be looking for someone who would create fun and engaging ways to support students from underprivileged backgrounds and areas of high deprivation. The school offers bespoke curriculums based on children's' needs and interests including vocational learning, with lessons taking place in small groups of no more than 8 pupils.
