Aspire People is recruiting Behaviour Mentors to support secondary schools across Birmingham and Solihull. We are looking for confident, resilient individuals who can build positive relationships with young people, support behaviour in and out of the classroom, and help pupils engage successfully with their education.

The Role:
- Support students with behaviour and engagement
