Aspire People, a leading education recruitment specialist based in Staffordshire, is currently recruiting for a Behaviour Intervention Support Worker to join one of our valued secondary school partners in Stoke-on-Trent from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a resilient, caring, and proactive individual who is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

The role is full‑time, initially for one term, with the potential to continue beyond this for the right candidate.

The Role

  • Full‑time Behaviour Intervention Support September 2026 start
  • Based in Stoke-on-Trent
  • Initially one term, with the possibility of a longer‑term placement
  • Supporting students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs
  • Working closely with pastoral teams, teaching staff, and parents
  • Providing both one‑to‑one and small group interventions
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational, youth work, coaching, care, or support setting
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
  • Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
