  • Experience supporting students with complex emotional, behavioural or SEND needs
  • The confidence to build trust and maintain strong, respectful boundaries
  • A collaborative and reflective approach to working within a multi-disciplinary team
  • A valid driving licence (essential, due to the location of the provision)

Why Join This School?

  • Be part of a close-knit, supportive team making a real difference
  • Teach small classes, allowing you to personalise Maths learning for each student
  • Take on a role that is both challenging and immensely rewarding
  • Access ongoing CPD and professional support from the school and Aspire People
