Aspire People are working with a welcoming primary school in Bedford that is opening a brand new on-site Pre-School in 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional to be part of an exciting new provision from the outset.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the Pre-School and deliver high-quality EYFS provision for children aged 3+, helping to create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
Essential Requirements:- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (DfE approved)
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an EYFS setting
- Experience in a leadership or management role within Early Years
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and child development
- Level 4 or 5 Early Years qualification
- DSL, Paediatric First Aid or Forest School training
- Experience using nursery management systems
