We are working with a number of welcoming and supportive schools across Caerphilly who are seeking reliable Cover Supervisors to provide general classroom cover from September. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced Teaching Assistants, youth workers, sports coaches, or anyone with experience working with young people.
The Role:
- Supervising classes during teacher absences across a range of subjects
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring pupils remain on task
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Supporting pupils with their learning and encouraging engagement
- Working across a variety of secondary schools throughout the Caerphilly area
We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people in any setting
