Aspire People is seeking an experienced Behaviour Specialist ALN Teaching Assistant to support learners with ALN and challenging behaviour across Caerphilly. This September start role focuses on building positive relationships and delivering targeted interventions alongside teachers and pastoral teams.

You will support pupils with ASD, ADHD and SEMH, implement positive behaviour strategies, and help maintain an inclusive, supportive learning environment in welcoming schools across Caerphilly.
