CALLING ALL EYFS PROFESSIONALS
We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS practitioner/support worker to join the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) unit at a welcoming school in Atherstone. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children and is passionate about supporting their early development, learning and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will work every afternoon from 2:30pm until 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, through to half term, working as part of the school's EYFS team. You will play an important role in supporting the children during the afternoon session, helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supported.
WHAT WOULD THIS ROLE INVOLVE?
- Supporting children within the EYFS unit during the afternoon session.
- Working alongside the class teacher and wider EYFS team to support children's learning and development.
- Helping children engage with activities, play and learning opportunities.
- Providing encouragement and positive interaction to help children develop confidence and independence.
- Supporting children's social, emotional and communication development.
- Helping to maintain a safe, calm and welcoming environment.
- Assisting with classroom routines and organisation.
- Supporting individual children's needs where required.
WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE TO WORK WITH ASPIRE PEOPLE:

- Minimum level 3 EYFS qualification (essential)
- Up-to-date safeguarding and allergy training
- Solid knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- References covering the last 2 years of employment
