Aspire People is looking for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join primary schools in Manchester as Higher Level Teaching Assistants. This role allows ECTs to gain essential practical experience while supporting learning across EYFS to Year 6.

Candidates should have recently completed their Primary PGCE with QTS and are encouraged to apply if they are passionate about working with children and motivated to develop their teaching skills.
