Aspire People is seeking a Specialist ALN Teaching Assistant (ASD) in Blaenau Gwent for a September start.

You will support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, delivering tailored 1:1 and small group assistance in and out of the classroom.

The role emphasises creating a safe, structured and nurturing environment and requires close collaboration with teachers and ALN coordinators to support individual learning plans and safeguarding procedures.
