Are you a graduate who has a passion for supporting children and young people with SEN? Would you like to support pupils overcome barriers to learning, ensuring they receive a truly inclusive education? We have 3 primary schools within Trafford, Altrincham who are looking for Teaching Assistants to join their team and truly make a difference! This role is ideal for a graduate looking to gain some school-based experience, or an experienced learning support assistant looking for a new opportunity.
Graduate Learning Support Assistant - the role- An ideal way to gain experience in an outstanding Primary school
- Based in Trafford Altrincham (other schools in other local towns available)
- Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Work with pupils who have additional need such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, medical needs and more.
- Receive excellent support from the school and Aspire People
- Long term position - Paid £95 - £110 per day
- Work Monday - Friday school hours, term time only
- DBS check required, safeguarding training provided
- Degree 2:2 or above, ideally psychology but any subject considered.
- Experience or knowledge of SEN
- Confident and enthusiastic, with a love of learning!
- Passionate about education and supporting children with SEN.
