We are seeking a passionate and reliable ABA Tutor to join a dedicated support team working 1:1 with a bright and energetic child with autism in Earl's Court. This is a full-time position, starting September 2025, with trial sessions taking place immediately.
About the Role:
You will be implementing a structured ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) program under the guidance of a qualified Behaviour Analyst. The role involves supporting the child in a home-based setting (and potentially in school), helping to build communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ABA-based learning sessions in line with the child's therapy goals
- Track progress and record behavioural data during each session
- Work closely with the BCBA, family, and other team members
- Contribute to a consistent, positive, and nurturing learning environment
- Attend team meetings, reviews, and relevant training
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in working with children with autism or additional needs
- Patience, consistency, and a proactive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous ABA or SEN experience is highly desirable (training can be provided)
- Must be available for immediate trial sessions and able to commit long-term
