Aspire People are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support a Reception pupil on a 1:1 basis in a South Birmingham school.

The role is full-time for the rest of the school year, with a focus on learners with SEND and lower level ability.

The ideal candidate has Level 3 qualification, is experienced with one-to-one work, and can engage with the child, communicate with the SENCo, and work with the leadership team and parents to help the child meet targets and IEPs.
