Aspire People is seeking a dedicated SEN Provision Teaching Assistant to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis in Smethwick. You will help access learning, build confidence and thrive within the school environment.
You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals, delivering tailored activities and helping manage behaviour in a positive way.
Previous school-based experience and understanding of SEN are valued; Level 2/3 TA qualifications are desirable but not essential.
