Aspire People are currently recruiting for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated 1:1 Reception Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the B14 area from September. This rewarding role involves supporting a Reception-aged pupil on a 1:1 basis, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and thrive within the classroom environment. The school has a low level of behaviour management, creating a calm and supportive setting. However, personal care is an essential part of this role, so applicants must be comfortable providing this support with patience and compassion.
We're looking for someone who is:
