Aspire People are recruiting a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide targeted phonics support at a welcoming primary school in Northfield. This is a full-time, long-term position with an ASAP start.
You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO, delivering phonics sessions and monitoring progress to help improve reading, writing and communication skills in a supportive, inclusive environment. ECTs are encouraged to apply, and DBS checks or willingness to obtain one are expected.
