Aspire People is recruiting a Specialist Support Assistant for a 1-1 role with a KS1 pupil in Erdington. The successful candidate will support a non-verbal child who can become frustrated, using empathy to encourage speech development and social interaction.
The position runs five mornings a week with start asap and ongoing for the right candidate. A referral bonus of up to £250 is available for successful referrals.
