1:1 Teaching Assistant (ASD) - Great Barr

Are you an experienced teaching assistant with a strong background of work with children with ASD and additional needs? I am currently recruiting for a school based in Great Barr that is seeking to appoint an experienced 1-1 teaching assistant. The post is to start as soon as possible with potential to stay for the next academic year if the school feels you are the correct fit.

For this role, you will be involved in 1-1 support of a child who has ASD; therefore, experience working with children who require additional needs is essential and beneficial. You will be focusing on one child to ensure they have the attention necessary to help them reach their full potential.

You will be working for a lovely school, where staff members are able to know each child individually and uniquely. The successful TA will be nurturing, patient, and will genuinely want to make a difference.
