Location: Redbridge

Salary: Β£27,954 - Β£29,202 pro rata (FTE Β£32,535 - Β£33,987)

Contract: 36 hours per week | 44.8 weeks per year

Start Date: Easter 2026

About the Role

You will work closely with senior pastoral leaders and the SEND team to promote a culture of high expectations and ensure that students with additional needs are fully supported to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support the academic, social and emotional progress of vulnerable students
  • Work collaboratively with pastoral and SEND teams to improve outcomes
  • Support attendance, behaviour, rewards and sanctions within your year group
  • Contribute to assemblies and year-group initiatives
  • Maintain strong communication with parents, carers and external professionals
  • Promote consistent routines, expectations and school values
