Aspire People are currently recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant for a primary school in the M38 area of Salford, available for an immediate start. This is a long-term, full-time position with the potential to continue for the right candidate. We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and committed TA who can support pupils across the classroom and work closely with the class teacher to support learning and development.
Role responsibilities:
- Supporting teaching and learning within the classroom
- Working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis where required
- Supporting pupils with their engagement and progress
- Assisting with classroom management
- Creating a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a school or with children
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
